Lindsay’s silver smoke screen: Lohan sneaks a cigarette while wearing a glittery designer dress

Sometimes there’s only one way to satisfy an urge and it’s by taking a long drag on a cigarette, even if you’re decked out in a glitzy designer dress.

Lindsay Lohan, 25, was spotted hiding in a corner, puffing away last night in Milan, Italy after fashion designer Philipp Plein’s runway show.

Wearing a grey, one-shoulder dress by Plein, with her blonde hair swept over one shoulder, Lindsay took several long and drags on the cigarette.

Lindsay appeared to be in a hurry to grab a cigarette as soon as the fashion show ended

The Mean Girls actress, who has been named as the new face for Plein’s clothing collection, has been in Milan for several days offering the designer her support.

She sat in the front row of his Spring/Summer 2012 fashion show on Saturday, smiling and admiring the designs as they came down the runway.

Once the show ended, Lindsay partied the night away at a post-show bash.
The troubled actress, whose movie career has stalled after a string of brushes with the law, appeared to savour all of the attention she has been getting since Plein introduced her as his new muse earlier this weekend.
